About the book

You're making the calls. You're sending the follow-ups. You're doing the work that used to fill a pipeline. And the responses keep getting thinner.

It's easy to call that a messaging problem. Most sales teams do. They rewrite the subject lines, add more touches, buy more tools, and push harder at the top of the funnel. The numbers barely move.

Here's what most of them miss. The silence isn't always rejection. The Access Collapse explains what actually changed in enterprise buying, why smart sellers misread it for so long, and why more activity can't fix a market that reorganized itself underneath them.

This is not a cold email book. It's not a list of tricks. It's a clear account of what buyers do behind the silence, and what sellers have to prove now to earn their way back in.

Cleared for editorial use verbatim.

About the author

Short: Jess Moore is an entrepreneur, enterprise technology leader, and advisor, and the author of The Access Collapse. He lives in Carlsbad, California.

Long: Jess Moore has founded and scaled multiple technology ventures, including 3|SHARE, an Adobe Platinum Partner acquired by Publicis Groupe, and GREAT, a cloud services firm trusted by global brands including Autodesk, BAT, and Sempra. Earlier in his career he held P&L responsibility for $600M+ global consulting businesses at Sun Microsystems and Oracle. Through decades inside complex enterprise software decisions, he watched buying quietly reorganize itself as organizations began researching and aligning long before vendors entered the conversation. The Access Collapse is his account of that shift, written for sellers, buyers, founders, and operators who feel it every day.
